... The ramp is close to Scluz manor ,
one of the oldest building in Brignogan , it was built in the early 17th
century for Jean du Bois , the local landlord ,who lived there in 1617
, his grand-daughter Claude brought it in the family du Poulpry who owned
it till the 1st french revolution. Ruined then , it was rebuilt in 1894
by Armand Treanton , a merchant from Landivisiau. Years later , during
the second World War , the german Todt Organisation built there a portion
of the " Great Atlantic Wall " , against possible landings by allied troops.
The present ramp has been cut through the wall.
